Job Title: Sr Compensation Analyst
Cone Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People and Culture team.
The Senior Analyst will implement, administer and assist in the development of compensation programs, which includes job analysis/evaluation and salary administration, and provide customer service for client areas and advise and consult with leadership of those areas. This a system-wide position supporting Cone Health’s 12k+ employees.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and five years of Compensation experience and/or combination of experience and education/training in Compensation. CCP is preferred and healthcare experience is a plus.
