PCMH provides acute, intermediate, rehabilitation and outpatient services to more than 1.3 million people in 29 counties.

The Administrator will create a positive candidate to employee experience including talent acquisition, selection and on-boarding of new employees. Responsibilities include planning, defining, developing, directing and implementing all programs/initiatives related to full life cycle talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ progressively responsible supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition.

The HR Generalist position is responsible for providing excellent service to customers and technical and practical support to the members of the Human Resources Department team. Responsibilities will include specific assignments in the following functional areas: benefits, compliance, employee relations and HRIS. Additional work in the functional areas of recruitment and orientation, compensation and performance management may also be assigned. This salaried, exempt position reports directly to the Administrative Director of Human Resources. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with three years experience in human resources, preferably within a healthcare organization. Must have a valid driver's license. Schedule is M-F 7:30a-4:30p; Full-Time; Base is $20.38/hr
