The Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) serves as a strategic partner to the hospital CEOs and other leadership team members. The RHRD will provide leadership in developing and executing the area’s human resources strategy specifically in the areas of employee relations, succession planning, talent acquisition, change management, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. The RHRD provides leadership to a team of HR professionals at multiple locations and articulates Human Resources needs and plans to the executive management teams and to the board of directors.
•Experience: 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry, with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Change Management. 3-5 supervisory experience overseeing HR support roles. Previous experience overseeing HR for a company with a large number of employees in multiple sites highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law.
This position partners with HR leadership and customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position also serves as a liaison between human resources and information systems. The analyst assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. The HRIS/Compensation Analyst also performs compensation reviews for all market/merit adjustments, job evaluations, and oversees all ad hoc reporting internally and externally. An Associate degree in information systems, business, human resources, or related field is required, Bachelor preferred. SPHR or PHR certification is also preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience with application support/database management, compensation and report writing in a variety of programs is required. Healthcare Human Resources experience is preferred. Expert knowledge of database management concepts, MS Excel and MS Access is required. Experience with HRIS system (Lawson) is preferred. A strong ability to manage multiple priorities within short timeframes and excellent analytical skills are required.
