Position Summary
Responsible for the design, development, delivery and measurement of Leadership/OD strategy. Program responsibilities include team building, management/leadership development, and change theory management.
Using a consultative approach with the PCMH leadership team, will determine the best use of resources to meet needs of the organization.

The Administrator will create a positive candidate to employee experience including talent acquisition, selection and on-boarding of new employees. Responsibilities include planning, defining, developing, directing and implementing all programs/initiatives related to full life cycle talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ progressively responsible supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition.
